These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sliceback.trade ("Sliceback", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Sliceback is a rebate / cashback service for traders. When you trade on a supported exchange or forex broker, the platform pays us an affiliate commission. We share a portion of that commission with you as a rebate. We are not a broker, exchange, or investment advisor, and we do not execute trades or hold client funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use financial trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

4. Account registration and verification

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may request additional information to verify your identity or trading account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we cannot verify your information or if you breach these Terms.

5. Connecting a trading account

To receive rebates, you must connect a supported exchange UID or broker account ID. We do not require API keys or trading permissions. You remain responsible for all trading activity and risk on your broker or exchange.

6. Rebate rates and calculation

Rebate rates vary by platform, account type, and partner program rules. The rate shown on each platform page is an estimate and may change. Rebates are calculated based on official reports provided by the exchange or broker. If reports are delayed, incomplete, or corrected, your rebate balance may change accordingly.

7. Payouts

Minimum withdrawal thresholds, payout timing, and available payout methods depend on the platform and may change. We can hold or reverse payouts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or reporting errors. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to your rebate income.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Use multiple accounts to abuse rebates or referral benefits
Provide false or misleading account information
Engage in fraud, spam, or manipulation of partner programs
Interfere with the platform's security or integrity
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. External platforms and affiliate links

When you register through a partner link, you are also bound by the exchange or broker's terms. We are not responsible for their products, pricing, or services.

10. No investment advice

Content on Sliceback is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to trade or invest.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that rebates will be available at all times or that calculations will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sliceback is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
